Help! How do I find.....?

If you’re having a hard time finding where something is on the new layout then I hope this page can help guide you to the right answer.

My Password isn’t working.

If you haven’t logged in to this new website before (Since January 24th 2020) you need to use the reset password link to create your password. No passwords were migrated over for security purposes. You can set it the same as your old password as long as it is strong enough. If you are not receiveing an email with the reset password link, first check your spam, if it’s not in there then your email doesn’t exists in the system. If you had an old account migrated over it’s using the same email from then.

I didn’t receive an email about the new account.

Did you have an account on the old website?
No – you wont have been sent an email. This was for previous members migrating their accounts over. You can sign up for a free account and get access to the free pattern pages. Click MY ACCOUNT and sign up!
Yes- All were sent so it’s probably in your spam BUT the link was sending you to the Log in page which you can find under MY ACCOUNT. Enter your email address (the one linked with your old account) then use the FORGOT PASSWORD link. You will be able to set up a password andaccess your memberships. Take a look at the video below for help with navigating the new account.
 

Where are my memberships?

Click on MY ACCOUNT then choose MEMBERSHIPS from the table. There you will find a list of the current memberships you have. The video below gives an overview of how to find things.

No Memberships are showing on my account

Did you have memberships on the old website?
No –

If you didn’t have them as memberships on the old website then they still don’t exist yet.

  1. Register for an account by clicking the MY ACCOUNT tab
  2. then email [email protected]
  3. with your new member email address
  4. Full name as registered on the site
  5. FB name
  6. The groups you have bought already
  7. I will manually add them to your new account as soon as I can!

Yes –

Are you using the same email address to log in with or did you just make a new account? Memberships are linked to the original email addresses you signed up with previously. If you need to change your email address email [email protected]

I have other clubs on Facebook which are not on here, where are they?

Still on Facebook! I am working on the older year groups pages but at the moment they are just one big zip file to download. It takes HOURS to add hundreds of patterns and link the correct files to them. Unfortunatley I have no clones and other things have priority. If you have other club memberships feel free to email [email protected] with your

  • member email
  • full name
  • Facebook profile name
  • the groups you belong to.

I’m in ‘2019/2020/alphabets’ on Facebook but they’re not showing on my account.

Email links are not taking me to the right pages.

This is a brand new website so any old emails you have saved wont take you to the right place. To find your memberships log into your account and click Memberships in the table on the left. This will show you all your current memberships and you can click and view each page from there.

Does this mean you’re not updating Facebook?

No! Facebook and my Website are two DIFFERENT things. If you are happy to stay just in the Facebook groups that’s fine, ignore all talk of the website.
